Do kids today think of anything but cruising around, making out, and playing pinball?  Find out at the SpareMe pinball tournament and then celebrate with a summer classic from the director of My Bloody Valentine.

“The movie hops from one archetypal warm-weather teen sex comedy setting to the next - pinball parlor, burger joints, beach, amusement park, swimming pool, discotheque, biker HQ, parent-free house party, and, tellingly, a drive-in movie theater - exactly where most adolescent audiences likely caught this movie at the time of its pre-home video 1980 release.” - Mike “McBeardo” McPadden, Teen Movie Hell: A Crucible of Coming-of-Age Comedies from Animal House to Zapped!

"You know this type of movie.  In the early to mid '80s, they were all over pay cable networks - teen comedies that featured no actual teenagers and very little that would be recognized as comedy outside a kindergarten or head trauma ward." - Lars Nilsen, Warped & Faded: Weird Wednesday and the Birth of The American Genre Film Archive

"If you're a 13-year-old 8th grader, you're already thinking this is the greatest film of all time." - Nick Cato, Suburban Grindhouse: From Staten Island to Times Square and All the Sleaze Between

School's out and everything's in! Chief cruisers are Greg and his buddy, Steve.  Their targets?  Two bouncy, fun-loving sisters, Donna and Suzy.  Their hang-outs?  O.J.'s Drive-In and Pete's Arcade.   A cast of colorful characters includes: Bert and his gang of punk bikers; Whimpy - Pete's inept fix-it man; Sally - an appetizing waitress... how far she goes nobody knows; the town flasher, who risks pneumonia every chance he gets, and two cops who spend all their time keeping up the the local loonies.   Pinball Summer... where anything and everything goes!

Plus a PansyVision short film: Where There's A Will, There's A Slay Directed by Richard Griffin (Splatter Disco) Things at PansyVisionTV are getting a little spooky this week as Dick watches the 1931 murder mystery Where There's A Will, There's A Slay.  Then we have a vintage interview with the movie's writer, Noel Coward, who seems to highly regret writing the movie.
